A healthy tree with only a few dead, damaged, low, or overgrown branches may need selective pruning instead of complete removal. Removal may be recommended when a tree is dead, severely declining, structurally unstable, badly damaged by a storm, creating an obstruction, or growing in an unsuitable location. We evaluate the tree and surrounding property before recommending a service.
Proper pruning removes selected branches for a specific reason, such as improving clearance, removing dead or damaged wood, or correcting certain structural concerns. Improper cuts or excessive pruning can stress the tree, create large wounds, encourage decay, and produce weak new growth. We do not recommend indiscriminate tree topping.
The approved service may include cutting and removing the tree, lowering branches and trunk sections, collecting debris, and cleaning the immediate work area. Stump grinding, removal of large logs, wood-chip hauling, or extensive restoration must be specifically listed in your estimate.
Stump grinding is a separate service unless it is specifically included in your estimate. Grinding reduces the visible stump below the surrounding surface when access and site conditions permit. It does not normally remove the entire underground root system.
Yes. We can collect and haul away branches, brush, logs, and debris generated by the approved tree work. Large logs, excessive material, existing debris, wood chips, or limited-access properties may require additional labor and disposal charges. Everything included will be identified in your estimate before work begins.
Tree work near energized power lines requires specialized training and equipment. Customers should contact the electric utility before scheduling work involving trees or branches close to electrical conductors. Only properly qualified line-clearance professionals should perform this type of work.
